Join Principal Lambert and retired Judge art teacher Mr. Bettin for a friendly fly fishing competition on the mighty Provo River. Teams of two people will compete with a set number of flies and record all fish that are caught. Prizes will be awarded to biggest fish caught, most fish caught, most total length of all fish caught, smallest fish caught, the shutout award, and more. Fishermen will meet at 8:00 am for instructions and salutations. Fishing will commence from 8:30-12:30 pm. Lunch with beer will begin at 1:00 proceeded by the awards ceremony.

Ooo La La, what is a kitchen without a little bit of fire? Channel your inner Julia Childs and learn how to create amazing French classics while safely harnessing the power of fire. Join us for this delicious French cuisine class where you will be taught how to use that fire to your advantage, without burning the house down. Learn how to prepare Wagyu Steak Au Poivre, Haricot Verts Au Beurre, Pommes Rissolés, and Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée. Then enjoy your delicious creations with some good French wine and great conversation.

This fun filled Sunday morning at the popular Coach Mike’s Tennis Academy at Oak Hills will begin with some drills with several pros. Then we’ll break for a delicious brunch spread including strawberries and cream, croissant sandwiches, mock mimosas and mock Bloody Mary’s. This will be followed by some fun measuring serves with a speed gun and lots of demo racquets for everyone to try out. Don’t miss this annual event organized by our Girls Tennis coaches Tracey Valentine and Christie Brightwell. Adults and children over 12 are welcome, with all skill levels.
